This is the first stage of processing plant. The magnet plate mounted on bottom catches the iron particles present in the raw material, if any. The square opening jaali fitted on the top side of the hopper is used for collection of cut jute of the raw material gunny bag.
The Bucket Elevator is used to feed the material into Vibro screen. It is 6 meters in height.
Twin leg bucket elevator is used for feeding the material into vacuum type destoner. The Destoner is of 7 mtrs height.
It is used to regulate the amount fed in the Destoner machine.
To remove same product size stones and heavy particles like glass, metals etc. those are heavier than the product. Vacuum system for dust free working atmosphere in the plant
The function of the type bucket elevator is to feed the material into vacuum type gravity separator – 7 mtrs height. The hold back stop arrangement is provided to avoid the belt running in wrong direction. This arrangement also consists of speed monitors and sensors.
This machine is used to regulate the control of feeding in Gravity machine
To separate the hollow / wrinkle, immature material from cleaned material and grade the material into 3 grades i.e. heavy (bold seeds) medium and light (rejected).
The Vacuum system is used to maintain dust free working environment in the plant.
The re-cycled material of Gravity Separator is to be re –fed into the Gravity Separator

It is used for storage of 4 MT of coriander seeds.

It separates coriander seeds based on its colour. It sorts 3-4 categories of coriander seeds.
At this stage, the material is coarsely ground.
This equipment is suitable for feeding into 2 nd stage grinding mill from 1 st stage Grinding Mill
At this stage, the coarsely ground material is ground finely

GRAVITY FEED METAL DETECTOR with an Aperture size of 100 mm Diameter, is designed to detect metal contamination of 1.0mm Ferrous, 1.2mm Non Ferrous & 1.5mm S.S Metals and above to be fitted on a Specially designed SS Fabricated and dull finish Stand. The In feed Hopper and Two Way diverter type reject the mechanism which is pneumatically operated.
